Yes, and! Improv is a theatrical art form where performers do not use a script. But improv isn't just for those who intend to perform on a stage, and it's certainly not just for folks who are (or want to learn to be) funny. Developing improvisational skills supports relationship-building, empathy, confidence, self-awareness, public speaking skills and more. Workshops will be progressive for those who attend regularly but still accessible to newcomers.
