Richmond Chorus invites you to see and hear what we have to offer the community. Come experience the ear-pleasing sounds of the ecclectic blends, dynamics and harmonies that makes choral music so special.
Before the concert begins, our Artistic Director Brigid Coult will guide us all through a vocal warm-up (much like what the choristors experience each week at rehearsal) which is a cross between a voice lesson and ensemble training - where you learn how to blend and work with and as a music group.
Then, the Chorus will offer a performance spanning our reperatroire and styles from past years and upcoming season concerts.
The Chorus is a full SATB (soprano, alto, tenor & bass) choral group of about 50 singers that includes a diverse cross section of our city and greater metro Vancouver. Our group has musicians of all ages and backgrounds, and, likewise, all are welcome!
If you are a singer with sight-reading ability, we invite you to audition. You can find out more at this event!
