Based on the 1962 novel by Eugene Burdick and Harvey Wheeler, Fail Safe imagines a technical malfunction that sends American bombers to Moscow to deliver a nuclear attack. An all-star cast attempt to avert an all-out war while citizens are completely oblivious to their fate.
