Step into one of Richmond’s most beloved heritage sites, the Minoru Chapel, and be transported into the beautiful music of Songs for a New World, an intimate song cycle by Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown.
This unique theatrical journey weaves together a series of characters, each standing on the precipice of change, navigating the unknown with courage, fear and determination. Featuring some of the Lower Mainland’s best singers, their voices will paint relatable stories of risk, resilience, and the choices that shape our lives.
Songs for a New World is presented through special arrangement with Musical Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com.

Student Rush tickets are only applicable to students in secondary and post-secondary institutions. Students must show valid ID from an accredited educational institution when presenting their ticket.
Artist Rush tickets are only available to artists signed up and accepted into Gateway Theatre’s Arts Worker Program, free to apply (valid proof of arts worker status required).
