The Chan Centre and Musqueam are bringing ʔəm̓i ce:p xʷiwəl – Come Toward the Fire Festival back to unceded Musqueam territory from September 18–20. Named BC Live’s 2025 Festival of the Year, the celebration is expanding to three days of Indigenous music, dance, film, storytelling, workshops, food, and an artisan market across UBC.
The weekend kicks off with a free Day of Knowledge Sharing, followed by a pay-what-you-can festival day featuring LOV, Kalyn Fay, Burnstick, Joey Stylez, and more. The big finale is a ticketed concert hosted by Reservation Dogs star Dallas Goldtooth and headlined by two-time JUNO winner Aysanabee, alongside Boslen, Logan Staats, Siibii, Miss Christie Lee, and Coastal Wolf Pack.
