Established in 1977, the Burnaby Potters' Guild is an intergenerational working guild that creates and fire pottery together at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts. In this special edition of Tips & Tricks, guild members invite the public into the Pottery Studio at Mathers House to observe technical demonstrations as they prepare for a series of sales and community events. Burnaby Potters' Guild members will answer questions about working with clay, collaborating as a guild, and their history within Deer Lake Park. Please note, no hands-on learning will be offered.
