In this workshop, author Selina Boan explores journaling as a tool for furthering your creative practice and generating new ideas. Participants will engage in self-reflection, creative prompts and visual experiments to explore voice, detail and the art of paying attention to our daily lives.

Selina Boan is a white-nehiyaw (Cree) writer, beadwork artist and educator. Her debut poetry collection, Undoing Hours won the 2022 Pat Lowther Memorial Award and the Indigenous Voices Award for Published Poetry in English. Her work has been published widely, and is included in The Best Canadian Poetry 2018 and 2020.
