Rogers Forum is a fully cashless facility, all food and beverage locations exclusively accept cashless forms of payment. Cash can be exchanged for a gift card via Guest Services, located at Section 104, to accommodate guests.

Pay for parking via credit card or the Pay By Phone App (Lot# and Vehicle info required). Pre-Paid Parking Pass valid for Premium Lot ONLY, Accessible Parking located in Lot 4.

There are no refunds available for any Rogers Forum event, unless otherwise specified by Rogers Forum management.

Strollers are not permitted within the seating area of Rogers Forum. Guests have the ability to check their stroller at the Guest Services Office located at section 104. Rogers Forum is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged strollers.

Rogers Forum welcomes all guests to bring their own binoculars to further their enjoyment of their event as long as it does not interfere with the viewing enjoyment of other Rogers Forum guests.

In compliance with City Bylaw 1694-2007, Rogers Forum is a smoke-free venue including the use of cannabis and electronic cigarettes (vaping). Please be aware that guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the venue during events.

Subject to artist and management approval. Banners and signs will be welcome at Rogers Forum as long as it does not disrupt the view or experience of any other fan and the content is tasteful. Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate. Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.

Trained service animals are welcome at Rogers Forum to provide assistance to guests. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. The service animal is required to rest in the seating area of the guest, not in the aisle.

It is recommended that guests contact Rogers Forum by phone at 604-743-5000 or via email at [email protected] in advance of their event to ensure we can appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and his or her animal. All other animals or pets are prohibited from Rogers Forum.

Professional cameras are not allowed inside Rogers Forum. Rogers forum defines a professional camera as “a camera, digital or otherwise, with a detachable or interchangable lens of any size or type.” Rogers Forum’s camera policy is subject to change for concerts and all other events at the request of the artist, performer or team. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic recording devices at their discretion.

Service Animals are allowed inside Rogers Forum. However, we ask that all guest who plan on bringing a service animal to an event, please contact 604-743-5000 so the Rogers Forum staff can provide the best service possible.

Empty plastic water bottles are welcome at Abbotsford Canucks games & events. Please note that any glass or steel bottles and all types of cans are not permitted. Our water bottle policy for concerts and all other events is subject to change; please contact Fan Services at 604.743.5100 or [email protected] to inquire about specific events.

There is a water fountain located at section 103.

Taxi’s remain on rotation following each event. Taxi drop off and pick up is available at the Northeast side of the building. Please note: due to a limited number of taxi’s that are available in Abbotsford, expect delays in service.

Guests are permitted to wear costumes while attending events at Rogers Forum. However, the costume may not conceal any part of their face while walking through security screening, or when purchasing alcohol. Employees reserve the right to ask anyone to remove their mask at any time during the event.

This policy may be adjusted for specific events. Please check with Rogers Forum before attending your event.

Children under 24-months of age can access Rogers Forum without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on the ticket holder’s lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other Rogers Forum guests. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different ticket policy that requires children 24-months and under to have a ticket.

There are 3 general entrances for events: the main entrance at Gate 1 is located on the East side of the building on University Way, King Road Entrance at Gate 4 is located on the North side of the building and College Drive Entrance at Gate 7 is located on the South side of the building. Suite and Loge box owners may enter through the Premium Seating Entrance at Gate 2 located to the right of the Main Entrance at Gate 1 on University Way.

Tickets may be picked up at the Envision Financial Box Office by the purchaser with a valid photo ID. The Box Office is open on event/game days 2 hours before the event starts.

A limited number of accessible seating is available for all events at Rogers Forum in specific locations depending on the event and location of the stage. For Accessible Seating options, please visit www.ticketmaster.ca.

It is recommended that accessible seating be purchased in advance of any event. Guests who need accessible seating, but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability based on availability. All guests entering our venue, including those acting as a support person for patrons with a disability are required to hold a valid ticket. Tickets are subject to standard event pricing.

Rogers Forum is designed to ensure structural and service accessibility for all guests. We offer the following services to assist our guests with disabilities:

Rogers Forum is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the venue. Designated employees, in addition to our medical services providers, have been properly trained and certified to use the AEDs.

Shaw provides open WIFI for fans. When visiting, look for the Shaw GO Wifi network.

If tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately report them to the Box Office at Rogers Forum.

For stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be presented to pick up replacement tickets. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash.

If the Box Office replaces lost tickets, the tickets will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event by the original purchaser with ID and will be subject to a $5 per ticket reprinting charge.

Family restrooms can be found on the concourse across from section 104, on the floor level by section 101 and on our suite level by Suite 20.

Our family section is located at section 103, rows 7-21 and is a non-alcohol section, meaning that alcohol cannot be brought into that section. This policy is in effect at every event we hold here at the Abbotsford Centre. For more questions pertaining to this please call 604-743-5026.

With any disruption to scheduled events, information will be posted on the Rogers Forum social media channels, our website, as well as an email to all ticket purchasers of that event.

Ticketmaster will also email ticket purchasers with information on refunds for cancelled events or how to obtain a refund for an event that has been postponed or rescheduled if the ticket holder can not make the new date. Alcohol and beer will be served at most Rogers Forum events to those 19 years and older. It is Rogers Forum policy to request government photo identification from any guest appearing 40 years of age or younger.

The BC Government requires two pieces of ID for verification of age.

No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in or out of the venue.

Any person appearing to be intoxicated before entering Rogers Forum may be denied entry. Any guest found intoxicated within the venue or causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the venue without a refund.

No alcoholic beverage may leave the venue.

Ticket resellers are not recognized ticket agents of Rogers Forum. Guests purchasing tickets from a private reseller, intentionally or not, risk being refused entry to Rogers Forum. Rogers Forum strongly recommends all guests purchase their tickets from the Envision Financial Box Office, or online at www.ticketmaster.ca to avoid the possibility of counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets.

Ticket scalping is not allowed on the Rogers Forum property. Anyone trying to sell tickets on the property will be asked to leave the premises.

Rogers Forum is committed to providing guests with the safest and most secure environment. Exiting and re-entering the building will not be permitted. Once a ticketed guest has been scanned, guests cannot exit the building and return during the event. Guests with emergencies will be assisted by the Guest Services Team on a case-by-case basis.

Rogers Forum provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests who require additional assistance travelling to and from their seats. Wheelchair escorts can be requested at the Guest Services office. Escort will not remain with the guest during the event, nor will borrowed wheelchairs be left with the guest during the event. At event conclusion, an escort will assist the guest to a convenient exit gate. Escorts are available on Rogers Forum property only.

The number of accessible seats may vary by event according to the seating configuration. Please note, the floor is not wheelchair accessible unless otherwise noted.

Typically, doors open 1 hour prior to each event. Please be sure to check the event page on our website for the correct time.

There is a first aid location in the venue at section 103. Should you require First Aid please let any of our staff members know.

The Guest Services Office is located at section 104 near the main entrance. Please visit our Guest Services office for any and all questions or concerns.

Lost items during events should be delivered to the Guest Services Office at section 104. Guests may also check the Guest Services Office for lost items.

If you lost an item at a Rogers Forum event, please call our Guest Services Department at 604-743-5000 Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm to claim your item.

After 30 days, items may be donated to non-profit charity organizations or disposed of at the discretion of the Guest Services Manager.

Guests who ride their bike to Rogers Forum can secure it at several conveniently located bike racks around the venue

For most events, merchandise can be purchased at section 101. A secondary location may be opened at section 112, depending on the event.

For Abbotsford Canucks Games, the Team Store at Section 100 is open.

Located on the suite level is our premium lounge. Guests with a valid lounge, loge box or suite tickets can access the lounge via the Premium Entrance or the elevators from Section 103 on the concourse level.

For Abbotsford Canucks Games, the premium lounge on the suite level is open. Guests with club seats, loge box or suite tickets can access the lounge on a first come first serve basis respecting the capacity limit of 125 people. Please note that the premium lounge will be offering beverage service only at this time.
