RIOT invites you to sit in on an utterly unhinged city council session deliberating over topics like snowmageddons, bike lane debates, bagel-Barons and tent cities. No local topic is off limits! Whether you're a born-and-raised Vancouverite or a newcomer trying to make sense of it all, you'll find something to laugh about at RIOT.
