Boy Golden is a conduit for and the creative alter ego of Winnipeg singer-songwriter and producer Liam Duncan — a persona that allows him to create honestly and freely.
Following on from his JUNO-nominated album For Eden (2024), his latest record, Best of Our Possible Lives (2026), finds Boy Golden mid-journey, reckoning honestly with identity, belief, and becoming. Spreading his personal gospel of infectious positivity and good times far and wide, a love of old country, blues, and rock ‘n’ roll shine through.
Boy Golden's debut album, Church of Better Daze (2021), introduced the breakout hit "KD and Lunch Meat," which shot to number one on alternative radio stations across Canada. Following appearances at Winnipeg, Calgary, and Edmonton Folk Festivals and the Saskatoon Jazz Festival, Boy Golden has also toured with Jason Isbell, The Paper Kites, and MJ Lenderman.
