Surrey Civic Plaza is an outdoor civic square in Surrey City Centre that links City Hall, Surrey City Centre Library, SFU and KPU campuses, and the 3 Civic Plaza/Civic Hotel complex. It hosts major community events like the Surrey Tree Lighting Festival and the JUNOS ‘Let’s Hear It BC’ Plaza Party, and featured a free seasonal outdoor skating rink in winter 2025–26. The plaza’s central, family-friendly setting is surrounded by restaurants, campus buildings, and the emerging downtown core.
