The VIFF Centre (formerly the Vancouver International Film Centre/Vancity Theatre) is a two-screen arthouse cinema in downtown Vancouver, home to the 169?seat VIFF Cinema and the 41?seat Lochmaddy Studio Theatre. It offers year?round independent, international and repertory programming with filmmaker talks and special events, and opened in 2005 as the Vancity Theatre. It sits at Seymour & Davie, a short walk from the Granville Street nightlife corridor.
